Our weight control programmes aim to put you in charge - so that you have control
over what you eat and how you eat, allowing you to stop emotional eating and
become the person that you would like to be.
We have two different levels of therapy:-
Level 1:
Is for those clients who do not have deep seated emotional problems
around food and just need a little help with focusing their minds on a healthy
diet and attaining their ideal weight.
If this is you, then 3 sessions of hypnotherapy are likely to be sufficient to get you on track to
achieve your goal. You will be given a CD of your last session which you can replay at any time to reinforce your
commitment.
Level 2:
Is for clients with a more severe problem. These clients are probably more than 3 stone over weight and have
spent many years battling with their problem. They may have lost weight in the past and put it straight back on or may
find it impossible to stick to any sort of weight reduction programme.
If this is you then you will need at least 6 sessions of
hypnotherapy. The initial sessions aimed at investigating your problem and then dealing with it with a combination
of hypnotherapy and counselling. You will have to be prepared to take a long hard look at yourself and this is not
always easy or comfortable!
Weight loss needs concerted long term effort and commitment and if you start this programme you
are expected to succeed. You can, however, be sure that it will be worth the
hard work involved!
